When asked on the terraces on Saturday "Is it Bromsgrove next season then?" by Andy Pitt, Colin Layland answered with a clear and concise "yes", in front of all of the travelling support.
Does he know something nobody else knows? Has he arranged it himself without even talking to Bromsgrove's chairman?

Why the need to carry on posting this ? Rumour mill isnt helping....focus would be better spent at this moment in time on the FCUM game.
Its not a yes at all, the only club that currently meets the grading requirements for National League North is Aggborough.
The club are looking at all options, particularly with the amount of rent currently being charged.

Having seen that the club is trying to strengthen our ties with West Brom, I reckon we'll be playing at The Hawthorns next season. At least we can guarantee it'll meet requirements, Kevin might be getting it in the neck with the ''there's too many stewards'' comments mind!!

Oi you ;-) The club will announce in due course where it will play next season. There is no definite yes, not until March 31st anyway. The difference with 20 stewards at Aggborough and 20 stewards at Evesham, Malvern, Redditch or Bromsgrove is that we would have the entire ground....not just 3 sides!

my big concern is this keeps getting posted on hearsay, but someone needs to speak to Colin as he is just fuelling the fire with his remarks. there should be no more said on this until all of this wherever we play is signed & sealed, as silly posts could jeopardise where we or even if we have a ground to play at...

Same thing being said on the Bromsgrove terraces on Saturday too along with the signs of entirely unnecessary development for the level we're playing at.

As many know, development could be needed for an entire different reason than a higher league side is moving in for groundshare. I did grading of the local clubs prior to us leaving the Lane and Aggy was the only one that ticked all of the boxes. Even more so that there is talk on the terraces that Kidderminster want to share with the Baggies.....doesnt mean its true

Well they've increased the number of turnstiles to 6 which just happens to be the number needed for NN, but maybe you're right and they are getting the ground ready for a league 4 promotions ahead.

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail! FC United built a ground suitable for league 2, when they were in the Northern Prem. Be ambitious!

If & I do mean IF Colin was heard correctly on Saturday, as he is a Director & would not be anything other than honest & transparent. Surely that means we are at Bromsgrove next year. If he was not heard correctly, it may be best that he responds to that statement to quash any untrue rumours !!

Also was the actual question, "will be be at Bromsgrove next season", or was it, "could we possibly be at bromsgrove next season". Two entirely different questions which would result in two entirely different answers. If it was a yes to the second type of question then its true, but then again if asked the same question about Evesham, Malvern, Redditch you could say the same thing....because, as the Chairman has already stated at the AGM / Q&A...the club are looking at alternative groundshare options. The club will release info in due course

Perhaps immediately rather than in due course would dispel any possible misunderstanding Verner.

In my original post I put what was asked in quote marks. I think pretty much everyone who went heard it.
This is similar to the season we left the lane where the club dragged it out, instead of coming true.

Similar in what way ?
SGL was due to be knocked down....we didnt have a choice.
The club has an option of another season at Aggborough, the club is looking at alternative sites, IF there is an alternative the is suitable with the ground grading of the FA by the 31st March 2016 then the club would seriously look at it. At this moment in time only Aggborough ticks every single box in terms of grading.
WHEN the club has sufficient information on other sites and if any are suitable then it will announce the details.
I dont suppose WCFC is the only club looking at grading from the FA either
