What was it you said earlier Kev about two banners being scrawled up and over the terrace? Were they BringCityHome small banners?

I'm not buying into the 'We don't know where they are' thing. Banners of those size don't just disappear, Someone knows where they are. They have to.

If KFC cannot help what is the next step, do we contact boys in blue, as this is unacceptable in whatever circumstance from Kiddy, they told us to leave banners where they were as we had anticipated taking them down, & we really need these banners in place every game to keep things on top, & i feel for those who spent so much time making this happen & all the funds supplied by our fans.

Just hope there is an simple explanation and that nothing untoward has happened.
Makes you wonder why you even bother sometimes.

Think that's a decision that those involved organising will need to discuss.

This is bull***!! If £1200 worth of kit has gone missing get the police involved!!! We've all contributed to those banners so how do they go walkies? We need them to keep the campaign high profile

We need them to keep the campaign high profile It's a bit more than the £1,200, as that wasn't the full bill - the other banners that the ST and individual fans made are missing. I hope that it doesn't come down to that, because KHFC have been very hospitable to us over the last 3 years, it'd be a shame for us to end on a bum note. The only ones that were still at the ground are the small '#BringCityHome' banners, that were put on advertising boards. We do still have the one 18x9ft banner that has been displayed over the toy shop in town, but I didn't put it up yesterday because I thought it'd be a little underwhelming on its own. For now I think we can only wait and see what the response from KHFC is. As for KFC, maybe Clayton could transfer to them?

An urgent meeting of the Newcastle branch of the Supporters Trust was held earlier today and there was a lot of anger flying around.
How can Kiddy not know what goes on in their own ground??

I am on holiday untill friday, if no corispondance of where they are is on hear by my return I will ring the police & get crime number, also will find out insurance details of KFC & put into action as it is on their patch, Rich what is your take on this, I feel angry & gutted that all our effort & funding spoilt by unknowns, ST do you want us to sort your side aswell, as Niels gave me rough idea of your spend, also anoyed for those people who took time to make their own banners...

All, this is a very serious matter, not just for the football club and Supporters Trust, but also the individual supporters who put a lot of time and money into acquiring these banners, which were created for the long term. From a club point of view, this will be discussed at the Board Meeting on Wednesday evening as to where we take our findings now. I've spoken with Rich today who is still gathering information. Board members have already asked questions with KHFC. This is not going to be swept under the carpet, as I personally put a deal of time and money into making these banners happen. I appreciate that individuals have every right to do what they feel is the right thing, but both me and Rich ask, can the noise be kept to a minimum whilst we uncover the chain of events that led to this happening.

Any news on what's happened to the flags? Many people myself included contributed towards the cost and it's not acceptable for them to disappear

I will update you with news when I can. Discussions are ongoing with Kiddy at present. These things unfortunately take a bit of time.

Any update?
is it just the smaller banners that have 'disappeared'?
Could do with them all fluttering for the final game against Fylde.

Unfortunately not. 3 of the 4 supporter funded ones (including the large one) have gone. I am currently working on a resolution to put this right and it will be put right. It's an ongoing process but will update you when I can.

The one remaining supporter funded banner is still flying proudly above the toy shop on Broad Street in town, if people would like it at the Fylde game, I can bring it along, but I'm worried it'll look a bit underwhelming (could be put on an end for better impact, perhaps?).

Jack, The right hand side (as you look from yhe pitch) of the North Stand is very rarely used, most supporters stand directly behind the goal or to the left. You could put the banner in there ?
