Sounds like they've decided to cash in the prime real estate Aggborough. Spend the money on the edge of the town. Bit like WCFC'S initial plan.

As far as I'm aware, Aggborough is still council owned land.
I suggested over 12 months ago that Aggborough would end up as housing in the near future and that they'd build on their training ground.

So that raises two questions in my mind: firstly how will the proposed development be financed, and secondly who owns the site they want to move to?
If the site is on a trading estate they probably won't encounter neighbour objections, but that doesn't necessarily mean the planning application will be granted approval.
