I thought he did OK yesterday. He provided a lot of support to our full backs when Sheffield threatened and battled hard up front. He created our best opportunity from nothing through sheer persistence and determination. I thought there was a chance for him to play in Minihan in the first half - but its an easy game from the stands.
Sometimes his control lets him down but that is something that he can work on. Personally I think his game has improved with the arrival of Lee Hughes who has given a focus to the attack, with Nti providing the crosses from the right.

" What does everyone think? Could Nti ever be good enough to play Premier League football? "
No, is the honest answer. To play at that level, you've got to be very good at all facets of the game. He could probably play regularly at League 2 level in my opinion. I like Nti's attitude as he is a great trier, and is very fit, but he has plenty to learn. He can be very inconsistent, is not a natural finisher, and isn't aware enough regarding taking the right option. He is also far too reactive to a pass, as opposed to being more proactive in making the run and showing for the pass. I much prefer him facing up to the defence and running at them, as opposed to coming short with back to goal as he always turns the same way ( to his left ). Having said that, at our level, at times he can be unplayable. I think that the more he plays with Hughes can only benefit him and he will become a better player , as he will learn so much from the types of runs that Hughes makes and their timing, plus Hughes awareness of what's happening around him. He's still only a young lad, and can add variety and better control to his game to go with his always positive attitude.

I'm afraid it's a "no" from me too. Much as I like the lad his first touch just isn't good enough and he's always throwing himself on the floor looking for cheap free-kicks. However, that said he HAS had some really good games for us this season: I particularly remember him tormenting defenders in the game against Lowestoft.
