Gutted. Would have been good to play them. They have good, friendly fans and would have made a nice addition to the league. Oh well!

But will Oxford survive Hayes & Yeading's appeal against their relegation? According to Conference rules it should surely be Hayes that stay up. We'll find out in the next week or so I guess.

Know it does not concern us but some of the changes at step 3 seem odd, as Stourbridge were told they would go North but have been kept South and so FA have sent Corby to the northern wastelands instead. OK I see it now it is their Scottish roots!
Also the chairman at Kings Lynn was relieved that the idea of them playing in the Ryman League has not happened.
