Pitch inspection at 9am, looks very unlikely though.

It`s a dry day in Leeds after a week of rain. Don`t want to be alarmist but Nethermoor has big drainage problems which have led to virtually every game since Christmas being called off. Don`t on any account leave before home checking the Guiseley website.

The match is ON ! Sunny, blustery day up here in Yorkshire so conditions should be fine. After going 16 games without defeat, the Lions have lost the last two. They are there for the taking ! Up the City!

Unfortunately, despite neither Kidderminster or Hereford playing, and Warriors having played last night, it would appear the good old Beeb can't bring us commentary on the ONE first class match remaining!
They have promised us "updates". Pah!!!!!
Here - direct from Facebook - is the City teamsheet:- Veiga, G Williams, Weir, Grimes, Hutchison, Brown, Nti, Deeney (C), Moore, Nelson-Addy, Leslie (if memory serves me right the side that started v Solihull).
Subs: Aaron Williams, Munday, Ramsey-Dixon, Danny Williams, Bulman
Looked on Twitter and it says live commentary can be heard on AFCGuiseleyRadio; however, I can't hear anything myself, but that may be because I think it's a subscription service.
HALF-TIME : 0-0

What a great result (again!). That's five wins out of six!
With Barrow turning North Ferriby over it makes next Saturday's game (if it goes ahead) an intriguing one.

The lads did us proud today. Very well organised, they harried the Guiseley ball players in the first half and then, once The Big Fella gave City the lead, defended as though their lives depended on it. I guess Veiga, whose handling was superb, was the hero but every player played his part. With this spirit, no relegation worries remain!

Lads played really well today against a good Guiseley side on a heavy , heavy pitch.
Highlight tho had to be the intersex pogoing in the rain , especially as one of the culprits thought no one would recognise him in a blue hat !!

Hopefully we can give a good account of ourselves. Arguably a match between 2 of the form sides, who would have thought that 5 weeks ago?

Top win and looking very strong, results went our way yesterday also.
Looks like us, Stockport and Barrow are all moving in the right direction. I believe we will get a top ten finish at this rate

That result is excellent, so good to get the win on a difficult pitch, and to hold on for so long after we scored. I'm happy happy with the wins but would like a few where the last 20 mins are less nerve wracking!
