It is true unfortunately, I thought Tyler was one of our best players! Just hope we can get like for like. Wish him well he is a good footballer and destined for bigger things.

Facebook page says for 'travel reasons'. Didn't seem to matter last year - when his wages would no doubt have been higher
More plausibly - suspect he's going because of our lack of real prospects next season on the playing front, and probably less money. Both of which are understandable
Be interesting to see now what Thorley's plans are....

See today's WN for news of six players who definitely will be with us next year. Matt Sergeant, Josh Smith, Ellis Deeney, Shab Khan, Danny Williams and Ethan Moore.
It is not saying that others arent staying - just isnt saying anything yet, other than Glyn Thompson heading to Thailand.
As City fans, we (and I am more than guilty than most) in dwelling past players. In my eyes, the players who are making a big commitment to City now deserve plaudits.

The two reports this morning on the Worcester News website - plus the recent Board statement - are very positive news and show the amount of work going on behind the scenes both on and off the field. As Andy says it shows great commitment.
I immediately liked the cut of Daniel Williams' jib when he came on as a substitute at Workington and took on a player twice his size and experience and beat him! A real pocket dynamo!
Enjoy the Legends game tomorrow. I will be with you in spirit but I will be watching the Scottish Junior Cup Final that has pitched together the undefeated League champions from the west and the east of Scotland (Auchinleck Talbot v. Linlithgow Rose). It is some achievement for both clubs to come through undefeated in their own league and at the same time battle through the knock-out cup stages that started in Autumn 2012 to reach the final.

With Matt Breeze also going over there, perhaps WCFC Reserves could operate from Australia! Seriously, we have some good players now signed on, so things are looking brighter. Whoever we sign over the next few weeks, I'll be at Aggborough for as many games as possible.

Strangely enough I feel quite excited about the coming season! Expectation is to avoid the drop that's enough for me, anything else is a bonus. Who knows , but I too will get to as many games as I can at Aggborough and away.

Great to see players commiting to the club. Better to have players that WANT to play for City than players that want to play for themselves. Well done to the players that have agreed to stay. Lets hope all the fans can now get behind Carl and Matt and give them our full support.
