As a Chester fan I can't allow you to get away with that without a response from me. so I will go for Chester 3 Worcester City 1. The gauntlet has been thrown down, let battle commence (in a friendly way of course). Really looking forward to this game as I predicted you will be in the play off's at least, So a difficult game for both clubs. Match of the Day in our League.

(Ben) Mills or (Greg) Mills to have the upper hand on the day - could be key to the result.
As ady has said, the Worcester viewpoint on the result will not be out of expectation ...

Ben Mills hasn't started the last 2 games, Neil Young (Chester Manager) does have a habit of changing the team depending on who we play. So our starting line up is anyone's guess. As I've said before this game is in the same bracket as Halifax and Guiseley.

Having watched the Gloucester V Chester game I do not think a positive result for us is out of the question but, if I was forced to give my honest opinion, I think I would be very happy to get a point but am not really expecting one.Certainly not expecting a drubbing though.Probably 1-0 or 2-1.Sorry, but no point posting on here if you don't give your honest thoughts!

This is the level of fixture that we would have conceded four in, last year, when that scoreline was a regular feature of games away against the top sides.
Carl believes we are a better side this year, and many of us would agree. Guiseley was heading that way before a remarkable turn around. Will have to be on our mettle throughout to get something.

I'm hoping for a performance similar to Halifax away last season, where we played them off the park for 89 minutes only to concede 2 in injury time (does this sound familiar?).
Same again please, just for 90+ minutes this time.

5th in the league, almost half way through the season, so why arent supporters talking of City being a top side? Rather than a side that shouldnt be beaten by four or more against one of the top sides? BPA drew at Chester, so why so little chance given to City?

Yes Chester drew 1-1 with BPA. What you should know is their Manager said after the game his team have used up all their fortune and good luck for the rest of the season and thought Chester should have got 5 or 6. When we play like that again someone is going to get a serious hammering. Having said that, we are still waiting for the team to play that well again. I still think it will be close tomorrow and a draw wouldn't surprise me, but neither would a 4-5 goal win for Chester.
