difficult prediction this as they are a bit of an up and down side like us I am worried about who will be fit in defence again this week and we need to start scoring goals too.
I predict a 2-2 draw and a crowd of 710. Greg Mills and Symo to score

The covers will keep the ground 3-4 degrees warmer than it is on top. Last night it was -3 when we left the Lane at 9.30ish, and dropped lower later. Tonight and Friday night are predicted to be colder. Unfortunately due to the late finish of the game on Monday night the ground was already almost frozen when the covers went on, so we are probably on to a bit of a loser unless the weather turns a bit warmer. The covers that we have are an experiment, costing about a fifth or less than those employed by professional clubs but they did ensure that Monday nights game went ahead.

Are the covers not that efiicient then Colin ?? When we checked the temperature gauge on the pitch at noon today the lowest recorded temperature was -10 . We have made a request to the league for a pitch inspection tomorrow afternoon. We are waiting for a response from them.

As this is a prediction thread. I predict it will be off. Unfortunately, at 9:30 the last few days, the ground temp has still been below zero around Worcester and I pressume The Lane. If the ground is too frozen on saturday morning, it would be too risky to allow for the rising temperatures up until 3:00 to be taken into account?

I predict it will be off - and, as luck would have it - that'll suit City down to the ground (sorry about the pun if it is one). It'll give time for Whitehead, Ayres and Rowe to recover from injury, which will be a good thing, otherwise we were looking thin defensively.
