So!!
The home supporters are to be inconvenienced again by having to negotiate the up and down obstacle course of getting round to the Brookside!!!!!
Oh Dear!!!

Telfords fans will also have half of the brookside as well as the changing room end but yet wimbledon fitted over 600 in the changing room end , how many telford bringing then ? And how will it be segragated on the brookside ? Confused.

With the information on numbers traveling from Telford on the day which has been given to us by both the Police and also Telford themselves, the numbers expected exceed the canal end terrace/stand D holding capacity.
The refreshments bar that stands on the canal end is also 'not fit for purpose'.
This means that the segregation plans remain as they did for the games vs Kiddy and Newport from last season.
Giving the Telford fans upto (and including) the Brookside Bar obviously gives them the refreshments that by law we must give.
They don't quite have half of the brookside as the segregation fencing is just before the old TV scaffolding.

Lee,
I wont ignore the post at least your thinking about how it works and what other ways we could do things.
If we gave them the shed then still WCFC fans would moan because they won't have shelter if it rains!!
But posts such as 'alienating two thirds of loyal support' will be ignored because they haven't bothered to read the above conversation before posting.
Pendulum, obviously selling refreshments will be yet another good source of income on the day but don't forget BY LAW we must provide refreshments to spectators, and the added problem we have is the canal end bar isn't fit for purpose.

I wasn't digging verner I said it because on there forum somebody said they just want to sell more burgers which I found funny, the segregation given is the best the club can offer at the moment and its the best way I can think of with loads of telford fans coming.

BY LAW you havent got to provide refreshments to spectators, the football league rules havent made it to statute quite yet.

As this is in the predictions board can I predict there will be segregation. It'll be the first time one of my predictions is right.

That would apply to Conference Premier clubs !!! Seeing as we would need to get promoted from this league first that's not exactly a worry.
As I say ground grading states we must have it, this is why the plans for segregation are like it. Enough said !!

I know, thats the wrong document. Funny though the ground gradings (grade A or B) doesnt say what type of refreshments. So a few sarnies and choc bars and just colds drinks from the stall would suffice.

Yes exactly this is why the brookside bar is being used by them. Any how let's hope it's a good game and a god three points !!

Segregation was good , well done to who organised that You know what ....... Thank You !!! It's nice to know that not every fan wants to complain!! Every fan but three that approached me today to complain went away with the facts of why and in the end everyone apart from a select few were happy to do it for 1 game. Especially more important on the day that we had many problems with unofficial Telford fans who we were able to deal with in partnership with West Mercia easier at the dressing room end better than we would on the canal end, we also had 368 Telford fans on the which wouldn't of been housed on the canal end because of the capacity!! Thanks Pendulum !!

Verner I think that those fans would of moaned on the segregation where ever you put it, but with the canel end hut not for purpose I'm thinking that means its not hygenic and needs a good old clean over and with the old suppliers last season who would provide the cooker? not here anymore that means the club would have to dip into there pocket and spend money just for a hut that would be only used once or twice a season where the money could of been spent on the playing budget, the whole means of segregation means to seperate the fans I didn't mix with any telford fans throughout the game apart from walking out, as it took about 5 minutes to get out,

But what I do not understand was that block A in the stand being allocated to Telford fans. When they had to have access to it through the area designated to City fans. Surely this made a mockery of the segregation?

For me the main memory of the game was the irony of Telford fans singing "I wanna go home, Worcester's a shithole I wanna go home" and then leaving the terraces shrewn with more litter in one game than I have seen collectively dropped by fans this season so far, even though there were twice as many bins as usual. Also the comment on the state of Worcester might be fair if it didn't come from people who live in Telford.
