We shareholders were never asked to vote; discuss or even see the sales and purchase agreements signed by Boddy and Lancaster. Surely this can't be legal?

I am not sure on company law (too long since I did this module at uni!)
I have a horrible feeling thought that as Directors appointed by the shareholders, they had all the authority they needed to sign the contracts.
To challenge this is going to need a lot of time and money. I am not sure we have a shareholder who has either of these commodities in sufficient quantity to effectively challenge the contracts.
I have thought about the situation we are in lots over the last six months and I cannot for the life of me see anyway of saving Worcester City Football Club Ltd. I firmly believe that the company (and therefore the club as we know it) will be dissolved within five years.
It is my opinion that what we should now be doing is preparing for the end and trying to salvage some level of football in the City.

Take it then it wasn't a City fan who won Euro Millions on Friday. That might have resolved a number of problems!
Sorry I just can't give up - Whilst we have a club we have a chance, whether that be for 5 mins or 5 years. I am sure we can salvage something and I believe that the Trust & the club TOGETHER will find a solution some how. Just such a shame it ever got to this position in the first place

As long as the club comes through this without owing money & football fans want to keep football in Worcester, there is no need to dissolve Worcester City Ltd.

It will be up to St Modwen whether the company is dissolved or not.
