Reading the comment in todays WN I Think this one is directed straight at you JCP!! Finally hey?... finally...........
"There will be some supporters who have campaigned against the Nunnery Way plans for a number of years who have been critical of this newspaper’s previous support for the scheme.
We understand their exasperation. If it helps us to move forward, we say this to them: you were right, we were wrong."

They never even bothered to look at the facts, Yes, we were right (not just me, I've just got the loudest mouth and didnt give a crap about being made to look an idiot!) and we were right 3 years ago, we never had any doubt that we were right, even before the value of SGL was halved! Why were we so sure? Because we did our research We read the documents like Clive Richardsons report after the Public Inquiry, we read independent reports into the contractual issues, we studied the accounts, we did the maths. We questioned the former Board and Nunnery Way project team, and found them wanting! We did it because we wanted to save our football club, no hidden agenda, just ulterior motive, no plans for world domination HQ'd at SGL. Just a real fear that WCFC could cease to exist, the only difference now is that the debt is bigger, and the potential cost of getting out of SMD could also force closure. But at least we have, in the present Board, genuine guys who arent acting like ostriches, but are prepared to say "We have a real problem!" and these guys deserve our support! Oh and I fully believe now that the Suuporters Trust, together with Supporters Direct will be the people who can turn the club in the right direction, so this is the time to get involved via the Supporters Trust. If you don't Red Robbo Crean will get very angry, and you wouldnt like him when he's angry!!!

Well you certainly deserve some apologies for all the derision; abuse and hostility you've had dished on you - but don't hold your breath. I'm sure you won't be expecting any. You, and others like Rich W, Neils, Creaner etc etc, have been real heroes in this matter. Not bad for a bunch of loud-mouthed trouble-makers.
I think it may be time to re-join the Trust.

.....and also of course the lily-livered fence sitters are no longer involved. You've now got very committed people who stand their corner, and only compromise under their own terms!! And of course, a Board who understand what being open really means, and are not only prepared to listen, but also prepared to trust the Supporters Trust with sensitive information, knowing that the Supporters Trust are there (and always have been) with no other agenda than to help them move the club forward. I still find it amazing to think that the old Board, and also a number of supporters (many of whom were influenced by their misguided trust in the old board) seriously believed that the Supporters Trust and the Shareholders Action Group had some sort of agenda to firstly ruin the club, and secondly take it over! Nothing could have been further from the truth, it seems only one party had "ulterior motives"!

Surprisingly not, I reckon 99% of the population of Worcester have no idea whats going on, and i wouldnt mind betting that a fair proportion of people who go down the Lane don't know, and don't care. Most people dont knmow who Clive Richardson is and have no idea what impact he had on Nunnery Way.

but even worse than that 99% of the population of Worcester don't give a toss any longer and are just bored by it all.
