Wasnt it nice to see 800 odd people down the lane again and nice to see old faces again . i hope the attendances keep improving. as it will help the club on and off the pitch . as there was 886 the least the club would of made was 2665 grand ? ( maths not my strongest point ) i got that by times 886 by the least amount paid thats 3.00 pound . but obvs a load was adults which would of made loads more than that. plus at half time the programmes looked nearly all sold again and i heard a number of shirts were sold again and i do think i saw two more advertising boards filled up on the far end by the shed.

Positive actions by positive people will keep this feel good factor going, and will swell crowds. Thank goodness that reality has returned at the club, the crazy notion of promotion to the football league in five years and a 10,000 stadium has now disappeared, and supporters are getting what they realy want, a non-league club to be proud of, whatever league it plays in! All credit here must go to the present Board of Directors, who know they arent out of the woods yet, and are to an extent playing on borrowed time, but have given supporters what they want. And, all credit to them for giving Rich Widdowson the opportunity to show what he can really do in terms of marketing and promotion of the club. Remember he was shunned by Boddy & co. in favour of big buddy Simon Williams, and what a disaster area he was, both times!!

The programme did indeed sell out again !!! Has done 2 out of the 3 games this season, and even the Hinckley one only had 6 left. All this and we are producing more than last season. This saturday we will hopefully have some breaking news about the club and as a result will be producing even more programmes. (up 40% on last season !)
Thanks to everybody who buys the programme your support is appreciated

I would also like to say well done to those devoted people whose hard work is bringing a feel good factor back to the club.
Well done Rob and all who contribute towards making the programme a fun and informative read.
Well done too to city photographer Lee Hawkins who has provided some stunning match photo's.
I thought the inclusion of season ticket holders in the team photo's was also a nice touch and one that my young sons will appreciate when the picture is hanging on their bedroom wall.
And as for the football... It's nice to come to the lane and be entertained again.

Look fella, I'm not going t oargue with you on this one, but photographers take photos, many excellent photos, but its just content. How that content is used to make editorial output that appeals to people is another matter altogether. Take the credit buddy

Without the work you've put in Rob no amount of pictures would have made the difference!
