Agreed, you can sit down at any old Premiership ground. Only the elite of non-league football allow you to do what people have traditionally done at foootball matches, stand up Lets hope the Board has come to a decision on boddy though. Its rather strange that an employee of the league we play in is a man responsible for the ongoing demise of one of its member teams!! Due to the massive conflict of interest here, the Conference should surely make sure that, in the interest of complete impartiality, Boddy has no formal dealings with WCFC.

The problem with standing on the terraces is that one has to mix with those awful working class people.

Gobby, why don't you keep that bloody umbrella still, when it is up. The constant pushing it up in the air and down again whilst it was raining was a bit of a nuisance. Your are quite rightly entitled to put up your brolly when it is raining, but think of the persons behind you and keep the thing still. Nice to see you are as grumpy as ever Tony. I shall bring a bigger umbrella next time just for you! Not being grumpy at all. When one is sitting in the disabled persons paddock, assisting a fellow supporter, where you came to stand for the last few minutes of the game completely obscured the view with your brolly. pointing out something which you perhaps did not or did not wish to know.

Was Dave Booby on holiday or had the board made a decision on him sitting in the box? Surely if he can sit in the box, that facility should be available to all shareholders? Top point!

As has been said perhaps before. Boddy has more face than the town Hall Clock.

I presume that nobody's noticed, going by the comments, but there isn't actually a home director's box any more. The side has been taken off and is now open to anybody, so if Mr David Boddy sits there then you can all cosy up to him and make him feel at home.

It's a bit late to post my comments but I thought we will play much worse than this and WIN! Apart from the sloppy two goals at the start we played them off the park and looked very good. I'd echo the comments re Danks; he was too greedy at times, but I'm still happy he's on our side.

I was there 5 minutes before the end of the game - I am not responsible for the rain starting and stopping all the time. Blame god

I make it to about 15 home matches a year, last year I made the lot, I have two girls who come with me whenever my other half is off watching WBA, this now makes my entrance £17 rather than £11 or even £14. They don't watch the game they just play.
I really do have to think about £17 plus their sweets etc for my sat afternoon. To me £6 is an amount not to be sniffed at and when I have the kids its difficult to justify £17+ for a couple of hours entertainment (which they hate by the way) rather than take them to the cinema, etc.
The kids free with a paying adult really made a difference in my attendance. The other gripe is its a real pain them having to go in the other turnstile why they couldn't allow me to pay at the kids turnstile is beyond me, the system hardly looks electronic!!!! and computer controlled.
If the club will still sell me two £10 season tickets for them then great and I will buy them.
There I've said it.
As for on the pitch, full of optimism with all except the pace at the centre of the back four

Indeed! Like you, my girls spend most of their time playing altho one is getting more interested with each visit I am not so sure that I would take them to every game if it wasn't for the early bird season tickets, the cost for my wife, me and 4 children would be £34 plus the envitable coke and crisps which does make it a very expensive day out and that is before petrol money too. I don't know how large families can afford going to premier league games, poor views and tickets at more like £20 each and no opportunity to buy a cheaper season ticket at anything like ten pounds. I think that offer pre season was superb and another good initiative coming out of this club. The club are certainly getting better and should be praised for it too Ask if the deal is still open the worse that will happen is they will say no

Oh and yes also agree that it is a pain (well slight bug bear maybe) them having to go via a different gate. Especially on busy days when you could get separated I think it has something to do with knowing the profile of entrance for accounting, gate numbers and probably helps with budgets etc too
