What a performance to be proud of, today against Eastleigh.
But to late I am afraid.

The sad thing is, it proves what they are capable of. The fact they haven't really bothered until now, makes this win a bit tainted for me.

they rested 8 players n played reserves Well, if thats true it is frustrating. Especially as it was the same situation for them against Dorchester last weekend. You've got to think that a full strength team would have got something, and therefore kept us up, if their reserves only lost 2-1. How much truth there is to this I dont know, but incredibly disappointing if its true. Makes a mockery of the division. Having said that, ultimately we weren't good enough over the season and can only blame ourselves. Had we taken a point at home to Lewes that would have been enough.

I see! Well, thats something then. I think Lewes deserved it in the end, the way they turned it all around is incredible. Especially after what must have been a devastating blow of our equaliser at the Dripping Pan. They had only won four games up until Sat the 27th of March - and have won 5 games in the last month. Incredible.
