St. George got the contract a few years ago, however the deal was somehow negotiated so that we paid him for the sponsorship. He's since been renamed and merged to become "RBS".
On a more realistic note- there was no point as we're about to move and no one wants to bother with a short term contract- would cost more to set it up than it would earn.

They were saying that 10 years ago about the Social Club and Catering and we're still 2-3 years away from moving! |

I think "leave" is more accurate word than "move". Move gives the impression we have somewhere to go but I get your point. |

They couldnt even name the stand for free!!! Years and years ago, I asked Dave Boddy if it would be a good idea to name the main stand the Nobby Clark Stand, and he said it was a good idea - never happened!! Of course we've already given the naming rights for the terrace at the Changing room ends, its the Underwoods Terrace - not sure anyone was even aware of it!!

Or its longer version, "The Treatment Works Stadium"

Perhaps the new ground should be the HO HO HO stadium. Because it is all a fantasy. And nothing to do with HO= Hallmark Out. Not at all  |
