I thought I'd see how the "replacement" for want of a better work website for Tony Kempster's site was like earlier- nice to see they've got the table updated for us here. On a brighter note: at least our season's not over as Liverpool's seems to be!

its more that people are just pissed off with the club now. Crap team and a crapper club Yesterday against Staines, the players could not be faulted for effort. And with just a stroke of luck they might have won. It was an entertaining game to watch. The time went quickly, so that is usually a mark of how good the game was.

Yeh but you arent one of the ones who doesnt go anymore Those who don't go just don't want to be there anymore because they don't like it anymore. The only thing that will get them back now is if we are top of the league. Vicous circle.

It doesnt work. Tell everyone how entertaining it was yesterday and yeh it was good So what was the score? 0-0 Thats not going to get anyone back who thinks the club stinks. The rest of the season will be average crowds of 500 with a blip for teams like Newport to bring it up if we sit at the bottom of the league.

Does the club offer concessions to the unemployed? It might be worth considering.

a 15% drop already this season suggests otherwise.

It has nothing to do with the football on the pitch. I've been there on days when the crowd numbered 200 and the football was worse than you could ever imagine it could be..
The reason I don't go is the regime in charge. Until they change, or the farce of a move finally gets sorted out to the BENEFIT of the club, I will not go. It wouldn't make a difference if we were top of the table and winning 4-0 every week. The results NEVER mattered, it was always about being part of the localcommunity supporting our team. There is no community now at SGL and won't be until Boddy and his puppeteers leave....

He is right, the lack of any atmosphere at the Lane now is really bad. Half time is like a graveyard.
