You can pay on the day. The only difference is that the commemorative tickets are only available for advance purchases.

not sure you're going to find any stars in the AFC Liverpool team, this is AFC Liverpool and not Liverpool FC there's no real connection between the two clubs.

What you mean apart from being founded by Alun Parry and other Liverpool supporters and having Club Patronsincluding John Aldridge, Vegard Heggem, David Johnson, and Erik Meijer. Oh and of course there is also Ronnie Moran

But it isn't the team containing Gerrard, Torres etc as the original poster might be thinking!
Don't worry, it won't sell out. Wouldn't sell out even if it were 10p a ticket! Sadly.

And you're forgetting that the City legend that is Paul Moore is their goalkeeping coach.

Oh and of course there is also Ronnie Moran Absolutely, no real connection whatsoever, Alun Parry has nothing to do with Liverpool FC and I don't think he has any connection with AFC Liverpool anymore. How do you become a club patron? you're just asked, it so happens a couple of people who have nothing to do with Liverpool FC apart from being former employees, even if they hardly played for Liverpool FC. City legend Paul Moore might well be their goalkeeping coach, but he also has nothing to do with Liverpool FC. They are two totally seperate clubs that have never had any form of connection other than the tenuous fact that they were formed so that people could afford to watch a football team called Liverpool. The irony is of course that maybe if these people had watched the last other team called Liverpool (South Liverpool) then maybe they would still be in business now. Its a good thing that a suporters team like this has been formed but I just hope no-one thinks they're going to see a Liverpool FC player past or present playing at SGL. The last one was probably Mark Lawrenson for Corby

or Paul Barratt for City last season, though I don't think he made it past the bench for the Liverpool first team, and then only in the League Cup?
