Are all ex board members and ex club officials allowed into the ground free?
Today I saw Brian Lancaster walk into the office and straight through on to the ground without paying. I always thought he was a skinflint, but today proved it.
Why is he allowed to go on to the ground free Mr Hampson?

Nothings changed Tony, all the big talking has come to nothing, the puppetmaster has his new patsy firmly on his strings. and the old guard still take their perks and still aren't "prepared to pay" to go to the ground.
It is a disgrace, but those in power just don't care, they'll kill the club and still not care, so long as they get their land deals on the back of the move to Nunnery Way. All the football club is is a "catalyst" to be discarded once St. Modwen have their grubby mits on all that development land!!

Plus ça f***ing change
The "appointment" of Hampson is akin to that of dozens of puppet "leaders" in the Communist states behind the Iron Curtain...
So what are you - Nicolae Ceauşescu? Imre Nagy?
Or just another Vidkun Quisling?

The AGM proved to everyone that it is impossible to break the grip that certain people have on this club. It was a good exercise, as few people in the room had any faith in the votes, some of the majorities were laughable, and therefore little faith in the elected Board.
The puppetmaster could put whoever he liked in the position of Chairman (and Hampson proved in his very first interview at the press conference that he wasn't approached by the former Chairman, or the named Directors to take the post). I'm not quite sure what authority a non-board member has in approaching someone to take on the Chair, although maybe he was acting in the capacity of a Director!
By the way, has Mr Hallmark a) made any comment since the AGM? or b) been at any home games since?

January 31st should tell us all we need to know about Mr Hampson and his words to date, as this is the date if I remember correctly, that Messrs Prescott and Brown, preferably with Boddy, are supposed to be joining Tony Partridge in resigning from the Board. Actions speak louder than words ?

We havent been conned by Hampson, we've quite rightly given him a fair amount of time to deliver. So far he hasn't delivered, and the feeling is that he is indeed nothing but a patsy. It would have been wrong to condemn the man before giving him time to act. however, his comments about former Directors, in particular Boddy, and the failings of those Directors do not sit well with him involving them in the day to day running of the club. Actions do indeed speak louder than words, and there has been very little action along the lines of that promised by Hampson (Open Monthly Meetings, publishing financial information online, pressing for immediate resignations, investigation into the running of the Social club, investigation into the running of the Supergold) so, yes, come January 31st, it will start getting interesting, and probably very very uncomfortable.
