I thought you'd want to know.
He went into hospital yesterday after some sort of 'Cardiac ischemia'. Described by the doctors as a mild heart attack.
He sounds like he's going to be ok though.

I only know him from this mb, from that I'd say he's a genuinely decent, wide-awake giant of a fan patiently waiting for the club to cease slumbering and deserve him.
Get well soon.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I got back home yesterday afternoon and I'm feeling well. Tests showed that I'd suffered a mild heart attack in the early hours of Christmas Eve. An angiogram showed that no surgery is needed but I've been prescribed various drugs to keep the condition in check, combined with some "lifestyle" changes. Now where's me booze, fags and lard sandwiches?

Kieran. Great news that you're home. You probably don't want yet another person to say this - but PLEASE stop smoking. For our sake. We like having you around.

Yes Kieran, take up farting instead, its quite safe, and far more pleasurable - and the smell doesn't linger on you all day like stale fags do.

Isn't directing someone who's just a heart attack to a Celine Dion site tantamount to attempted murder?

In the book 'A picture of Dorian Grey' the main protagonist is linked to a painting which grows old instead of Dorian Grey. Maybe Kiran's heart is linked to the heart of WCFC and when the club's heart is ripped out Kiran feels the pain?
Get well soon fellow Brooksider

All the best Kieran mate; I'm sure you won't listen to a word but cut down on the booze and give up the fags entirely. You'll feel all the better for it - but still utterly depressed at the plight of Worcester City FC!
And forget about the Thai bride too - not good for you at your age.
