I have just been reading that Stevenage are in trouble too - they have had to slash their budgets drastically.

City's problem is that it has been in trouble for a few years now, but took a decision at Board level to hide everything under the carpet until the ground move took place. That is why I don't expect much sympathy from the bank, particularly if they see the same incumbents in the board room.

Banks are refusing funding left right and centre, I doubt WCFC will get off lightly. They are refusing firms with full order books.

Sorry, but who's letting these clubs "go to the wall" Who are these "so many people"
the truth is that in this country we've got FAR too many football teams playing "professionally" There's around 300 teams which are run on a fully commercial basis. Its just too many for the market.
