One overiding theme I see is the attack on the social club, to focus on them for the club ill's is like blaming the Woolworths cafe for it's demise. What about the catering contract or advertising revenue? or unrealistic demands from supporters? The Social Club has been attacked because it has always been at the centre bad practises going on at this Club. Even a relatively small target profit of £20,000 a year over the past 10 years would have made a significant difference. The Catering Contract has also been called into question many times. Along with all of the other projects and ideas the Board has refused over the years this all adds up to a hefty amount. Five of whom are still at the centre of the Club in official roles. By the way I note in your (I presume you are the same OldBoy Blue as on the Evening News site, if not Sorry) you mention Cecil Duckworth. He was never turned down by the Club to go on the Board. He was asked personally 3 months ago if this was the case and he said he has never spoken to anybody at WCFC about putting money in or going on the Board - ever. It's strange how supporters keep going on about the fact that there must be people out there who would invest in WCFC. But when given the chance to have two at the same time, the Board backed by a small amount of people who are only here for the freebies and their own personal gain, point blank refuse to have them involved. One of those refused has already been a major contributor in keeping the club afloat. I'm suprised that other clubs aren't banging the doors down to get those people into their clubs, (or maybe they already are?) What do WCFC do? Tell them to "fade away." What unrealistic demands from supporters are you referring to? All this talk about the AGM is taking the pressure off the farce that is Nunnery Way.

I can confirm that one of the proposed Directors that our board asked you to vote against has been contacted by Kidderminster Harriers to join their board.

I can confirm that one of the proposed Directors that our board asked you to vote against has been contacted by Kidderminster Harriers to join their board. There's a surprise. Look what Kidderminster have done in the past 20 years compared to our remarkable and enviable record. They see a good thing and do their best to make the most of it. Whereas Our bunch of jokers talk about "the dream." And don't forget, we are a sleeping giant!!!* If Boddy and his gang spent more of their energy on making things happen rather than ways to keep those wishing to make change for the best, out of the club, then we would have been in the conference long ago, and we probably wouldn't need a new ground. * Yes I am taking the piss

Yes, they've had a little foray into League football, but Kiddy are one of the most respected football clubs in non-league football, with a cracking ground, fantastic catering facilities, and a brilliant social club. They struggle financially, after all, they're not even the top team in the County, but from a business perspective they seem to get it right off the field, which helps them on the field, and vise versa. And what have we got? Prescott, Partridge, Boddy and IDIFF, Clifford the big red dog, Heyhoe-Flint and Harpo - anyone feeling confident??

Rich, this is completely intrue ! I know that Cecil has beenn asked to sponsor the club on several occasions. I have personally asked him & I arranged a meeting, which did take place for the same purpose with the chairman (at that time) of WCFC

It is hardly a suprise that one supporter who put in a proxy form but attended the meeting, withdrew his proxy form only to find his signature had been forged. Says it all really!. I hope the effected person is prepared to take this forgery further? Serial swindlers! That shareholder had not sent in a proxy form. But when he went to vote he was told there was no voting form for him. On investigation it was found that a fictious proxy form had been submitted by someone unknown with a forged signature.

I was referring the story that he was turned down by WCFC before he went to WRFC.
