Wasn't that one of City's first grounds?
We should buy it and start a new club!

severn view terrace wasn't it? Its those fields that are at the back of Britannia Sq at the side of the RaceCourse..the AO were using one for hockey/lacrosse and the other was just overgrown brambles..no space for a football ground there now plus the access is horrendous with narrow roads and lots of cars already parked on the streets surrounding anyway!

It was where Bishop Perowne used to have the cricket, football and Hockey pitches, as well as a (grass) running track around the edge. Many happy memories - pity to read its now derelict!!

It wouldn't be feasible to build a stadium there because when the radiators are built the pitch would be in constant shade.

Water ingress could be a problem though.

Water ingress could be a problem though. Not if we get a corgi registered plumber to install the radiator.

Radiators, mug trees! I wonder if this board will ever return to such trivia?
