So - it looks like with the developments over the past 48 hours that the funeral cortège has been put on standby, the nice big 6 foot deep hole in the ground has been prepared, the nurse is ready to unplug the extension cord and the priest is on standby to read the last rites.
So - when we start next season in the depths of the Southern League Midland Division or the Midland Football Alliance - what should the new club be called?

Yes, there are plenty of people amongst the supporters who have the skills required to run the club.
My dog could do a better job than the present encumbants.

I'm a little surprised that we're not seeing anything "in Black and White". The Supporters Trust statement regarding the compromise deal last week failed to appear in the Worcester News, then the Shareholders Action Group statement didn't appear in today's issue. No published report from last Thursday evening's cruicial meeting materialised. The only media coverage regarding the off pitch stories I've heard came from BBC H&W during last Saturdays sports programme. I beleive that the current "off pitch" situation at WCFC should be front page news.

I admit the club is in dire straits but surely keeping the club afloat with the sale of SGL is in the interest of the creditors as well as the club itself......If all goes wrong i will be the first on here to hold my hands up and admit that i was wrong

I've voted for other - "Worcester Athletico Upton Evesham City" Its got a certain ring to it, but the Bloke who starts chanting "Give me a W" won't be very popular!

Worcester Athletico? Or is that a bit near the knuckle? ;-) But to quote a certain chairman they were going " To be bigger than Worcester City one day" another failed club to his portfolio.
