I note from the Non-League Daily that "Redbridge announced on Sunday that their manager was leaving them because he had moved to Worcester and the travelling was too much."
Since then there has been another post which confirms that he has been appointed manager of Newport County. So we'll have a Blue Square South manager of a rival club actually living in the City, and no doubt he'll find it easy to run the rule over us before we play them.

I am really looking forward to having Newport County playing at SGL again. They always bring an excellent following and most of the banter is good natured.
Who can forget the Dr Martens Cup Semi-Final at SGL! Well me actually cos I can't remember the score, but I think it finished 4-3 after extra time with Wes Joyce bagging a few goals.
