Just out of interest, does anyone know the name of the company that handles the catering at SGL?

Don't know, but it was a change to have a steak and onion roll instead of the dried burger again.

Ealing, I believe that the catering firm are a long established company who are keeping to their origins of cardboard manufacturers, hence the employment of the use of the fresh "rolls". It is also rumoured that they have a family member involved in a tannery business & they are contracted to them for the supply of the "leather" which they fill the cardboard.... sorry rolls with. However, I do believe that they do use fresh onions !!!! Not the name of the caterer, but I hope that this will help you in your quest to trace them.

Bloody hell, are you telling me they are professionals? Due to the very amateur standards I thought that they were volunteers.

An easy way to find out would be to see if you can read the name on the Certificate of Employers Liability Insurance, which should be displayed at each outlet. Shouldn't be a problem with your eye sight Ealing???

I try not to read anything, the numbers seem to go up everytime I go and I normally feel sick enough from the anticipointment (a word not used enough lately imho) of a nice cup of tea.

Employer's liability insurance certificates? You'll be lucky! I wonder how the units will score when assessed by the City Council's Food Safety Team for "Scores on the Doors."

Nothing wrong with my eyesight! As that skinny guy who operates the Brookside burger bar will tell you.

Is there any truth in the rumour that the catering company running the Brookside food emporium are doing so for free this season on the proviso that they supply sandwiches for the players after the games?
Surely a club in so much debt wouldn't do something that financially stupid. Or would they?
