Highlights indeed! Lots of attempts on goal by both sides. Hinckley may feel unlucky that one of those three crosses into the box in the first half were not converted but City got on top. Some great City goals with five goal scorers. Great result 5-0 away from home and keeps the goal difference looking healthy in case we need it! As ever great filming and quality of production - thank you. Indeed goal difference will be crucial Just hope Hinckley stay afloat ofr both teams sake. Be a shame if they sank into oblivian but with their financial problems they may not make it to the end of season which would expunge all their results and give our goal difference a bash too.

Half Time at Hinckley. City going well. Symons (1-0) Thorley free kick (2-0) and then a Charlie Reece side footed finish made it 3-0

City had a very slow start (again) to the game but are coming strong at the end of the half and probably deserve to be leading

Thinking about how the Brackley manager watched the video eight times before Monday, is there a case for NOT making the highlights available till after a Monday night fixture has been played? There is only one Monday night game planned so it isn't a real problem and teams will send scouts to watch us. They can watch any of the previous games also and it doesn't mean that is how Carl is going to play against them on the day any way

Think it is very harsh of the official Blue Square Bet North web site blaming our new boy Meechan for the loss !! ;-) www.bluesqnorth.com/story/0,20970,13041_8210475,00.html

Agree totally Jupu You could tell that Brackley have been having us watched They attacked around the wings and got behind our back four so often, put in low crosses and made us look very vulnerably at the back. They rarely put in long or high balls which we deal with so easily. I noticed their manager had a sheet of paper about each of our players too and as we made the substitutions reference was made to each and that information passed onto the pitch Very organised outfit and as Ju says a candidate for the top two and we look like at best a play-off candidate.

Have to agree with John Inglis being included.... well you would expect that wouldn't you. A lot of my favs are similar to AdyCreen as of a similar age. The composition of the squad is not necessarily the best players who have played at SGL but characters and footballers who I have seen and liked their attitude to both the game and the club.
My squad would be something like 'Keepers. Danny McDonnell Bob Knight Jim Cumbes
Defenders John Barton Andy Awford Kevin Tudor Graham Ward Carl Heeley Graham Selby
Midfield Lionel Martin Barry Williams Tom Thorley Ian Cottrill Steve Fergusson (Captain) Bobby McEwan
Forwards John Inglis Mark Owen (or Harry Knowles (but never saw him play )) Sam Bowen (or Roger Davies) Norman Pemberton Paul Moss

While gutted this morning, at least some of the league results were in our favour. Listening to the commentary at home I jumped up thinking Taylor had scored and I don't think Dan Johnson could believe he had missed!! Wouldn't blame Taylor though, as it is very difficult to stay sharp only playing 5 mins a week(if that) - surely needs more game time to really benefit the team?? Sorry disagree. He is supposed to be a goal scorer and take chances like that. He has started three games on the trot and goalscorers are expected to take their chances and or at least hit the target and work the 'keeper. Neils and Jane know my opinion of Taylor.

Think this is a bot of scare mongering from Hereford directors They are trying to scare the Hereford supporters and people into putting some funding into the club They can soon adjust their budget I am sure and reduce their squad size to fit a 1600 crowd. City were in a similar position not so long ago when Andrew Watson came in and sorted the budgets
