Hmmm. Another far from convincing display, which is threatening to knacker City's season. The players really don't look comfortable at the moment. Today's 4-5-1 setup was more suited to trying to earn a point away from home rather than testing the league's most porous defence. Jordan Harrison needs someone alongside him up front, he's cutting a forlorn figure at the moment and a mere shadow of the player he was even a month ago. Nick Turton looks spent, to be honest. I know he's way behind on his fitness but pace has gone completely and with it the ability to hold the ball up or find teammates, it would seem. I honestly don't understand the decision let Kyonn and Batesy go while we are struggling to even make the ball stick let alone scoring goals. If I were Snapper I'd be straight on the phone to Batesy and have him back to start next week, he's got the mobility we need, and the work rate. At this rate the season will be over by December. Desperately need some creativity and another mobile forward.
EDIT a few hours later: I do understand now...

I’m sure if certain players hadn’t been unprofessional and played Sunday league football before the Vase game they would have been given a chance!!!
As for today, lots of effort but little control/quality. We should be bossing these games ffs. Surely need 2 up front against supposedly lesser opponents.

Which of our players played last Sunday morning? Bates and Evans?

Harrison was again blotted out by the two central defenders: he needs support up front.
Where was the much hyped Cameron Walker? Not even in the squad.

Playing one up front at home just isn't good enough, as results are showing. With a midfield that doesn't chip in with goals, nor anyone with pace who can run past the sole striker ( whether Harrison or Turton ), against sides that can defend, it's a formation that's doomed to fail. Whenever they did flick it on, there was no one within 20 yards of them.

Cameron is also registered to play for Dudley. We get announcements of lots of new signings, then hardly ever see them. Bradley Reid!?!

Brad is taking time away from football for a number of reasons

My recollection is more of them being beaten in the air every time.

Anybody know what’s happened to Matt Gwynne? I thought he was a real talent when he played this season but didn’t get enough opportunity

Both started was assured that Baldwin was on the team sheet but did not play that Sunday morning, Perrywood manager did not realise he was playing for WCFC that afternoon when submitting sheet, so he sat him on the bench.
