Catch 22, promotion relies on spending money, more money than we've probably got, into a division where we will need to spend even more money to stay in that league. And unless there's a huge influx of cash, we won't be looking at any further promotions, as the Board have already admitted that we can't function at Conference League level anymore. On top of that, somehow the club will have to find large amounts of cash to fund any plans that need to be put together for a new ground, and you're looking at 6 figure sums of money for that alone. Maybe i’m naive, but I’m not ready to give up yet. Money can come, but supporters will leave forever if the club continues to wallow in the Midland Premier. Promotion or bust.

On the basis that money has not come when the club were at a higher level, in fact money was leached out at a rate of around £150k per annum, then its unlikely to start flowing back now.

Get real genghis, you're being naive ! This Board under Hampson has lost money hand over fist for season after season - why do you think there's only been 1 partial AGM since 2008 ? And as for the Shawbury fighter, the Board have taken the correct decision, although having watched yesterday's performance, being banned might have its advantages ! www.worcestercityfc.org/news/club-statement-supporter-behaviour-2022078.html

I’m not without limits. Like I keep saying, if City aren’t promoted this season that will be the end of my support for the foreseeable future. What have I got to lose by doing so? I won’t judge Palfrey too harshly since I wasn’t there. I’ve never really liked him though.
