Setanta Shield

Noticed in the new fixture list that there is a setanta shield game nearly every month of the season 07/08 (though no date for the final).
Which divisions are in the competition?, is there going to be a televised match every month? and maybe highlights? and what sort of money is involved for televised matches, winning matches and progressing.

All three Conference divisions compete in the Setanta Shield but the Conference National sides are cossetted as much as possible by not coming in to the competition until the Conference North and Conference South teams have been whittled down to a total of eight clubs.
Setanta have said they intend to broadcast 9 live matches from the competition.
