Just setting this thread up for acolytes/sycophants such as “downthelane” to keep us - the Great Unwashed (including Shareholders) to keep us up to date with the latest, blow by blow, accounts of the majestic new developments adjacent to that lovely Medieval Church in an ultra-safe Conservative Council Ward.

I look forward, particularly, to “downthelane” describing in great detail, the stellar, outshining benefits of this site over any others considered or tabled to great cost over the last decade.

Hopefully it’ll be a top class arena to “pay the money and cheer the boys on every week”

I understand that Hampson will be giving not 100% but 103% (yes 103%) to the 'negotiations'. The additional 3% is to compensate for the 3 leagues he allowed us to filter down to.

The 103% is arrived at using the old schoolboy coding of the letters A=1, B=2, C=3.......and so on down to Z=26.

His 103% is therefore made up of 2, 21, 12,12, 19, 8, 9, and 20 (total = 103)......or B U L L S H (no.p) T.

I imagine it would be most unlikely that the City Council will charge their own staff time against the £100,000 allocated to supporting this wonderful and enlightened proposal? Surely not eh?
