After reading up on Kevin O'Connor (a one man club for Brentford) as he's retired this season, I noticed that Brentford did (maybe still do) have a 'Most Improved Player Award' - something I think would be great at Worcester. Over the last few years in particular we've bled in a lot of youngsters, many of which initially have looked well below par, but after 5-6 months being at the club in and out of the first team, have really stepped up their game, improving leaps and bounds. At the end of the season just gone a few were starting to say Jacob Rowe should be a contender for player of the season (myself included). Perhaps that's an award too much for him last season, but there's no denying he largely went from being a bench warmer to key part of our defence, and did it rather well! What are others thoughts on the idea of introducing a 'Most Improved Player Award'?
