In my opinion there will be one big difference with the unmentionable working at County rather than "running"City.Unless I am very much mistaken about them the County supporters will not stand by and allow him to destroy their club nor ridicule any sane person who trys to stop him. The biggest tragedy of all at City is that there was opportunity upon opportunity to salvage the situation but almost everyone(& I am man enough to admit that I was guilty in the beginning although came to my senses fairly quickly)would not listen to the "troublemakers"and, when the penny finally dropped with most people(I think there are some who still haven't grasped it!), it was too late. No good harping on about it now though as we are where we are -knackered!!

To be fair to the rank and file supporters, it took some believing what was going on, it was always going to be hard to get people to understand, as it was against the backdrop of a massive positive PR stunt called Nunnery Way. And most supporters don't care for balance sheets, AGMs or even planning consent processes. Its pretty much the same at football clubs all over the pyramid. They are such easy targets for the less scrupulous operators. However, I will personally never forgive some supporters who were influential on the terraces, who knew damn well what was going on, and who continued to back Boddy, when their influence could have helped stop the process a good 2 or 3 years earlier. They know who they are (and Oxford, you are not one of them! ), and quite frankly I would rather lick spit off nettles than have any association with them. And you are right, there are some who still havent grasped it!

He's off again, blaming everyone else, blaming the same old troublemakers. Funny how two of those troublemakers are now sat on one of the most respected Boards the club has ever had, with a Chairman who is praised for the positive way he's managed to find some semblance of direction out of Boddy's car crash. And come on, own up! Who's the person who gives him a warm welcome at the Lane? What makes me laugh is that he says he doesn't take any notice of whats being said on messageboards, and then says its posts from people he had problems with at City, but if he doesnt look at the boards, how does he know??

Surely now is tme to ban Boddy? It would give a clear message to everyone, especially our friends in Newport, and Boddy himself, just what we think of this clown. A warm welcome in Worcester! What a deluded half-wit.
